KROM NGOY

We want to nominate KROM NGOY in Category, Literature. He was the father of  Khmer poetry and player of  'Ksae Diev', Khmer traditional one string instrument. He was given a title as ''Neak Preah Phearom-Pheesa Ou ''. His had many achievement such as :
1. Chbab Laboek Thmey, (1922) The law of the new prose.
2. Chbab Kekal Thmey, (1922) The law of the new inheritance.
3. The advice on life, (1931)
4. Chbab Bros Chbab Srey,  The law for men and women. (unknown date)
His vision are concerned with moral issues and teach people about life, culture, arts, literature and Cambodian nationalism. He deserved to be awarded because most of his poems have been used to teach Cambodian children about Khmer traditional, culture and always described about the current issues of his time.
