He Was The King of Khmer Empire that reign since 1181 to 1218. He is generally considered by historians as the most powerful king.
He always continued military services for Khmer Empire and also received a lot of victorious for his country too . He built 102 hospitals to treat for his citizen that noted on Ta Phrom's Temple. Jayavarman VII was a great emperor and he also be a symbol for our country. He built 3 temples all of them are the most beautiful temples in Angkor Complex .
His Vision are protected his people and always focus on developed Khmer Empire. He deserved this award because cambodia had becoming paradise on the earth because of him .
